Announcements

  • Join us and support the choir at our Fundraising Concert on Saturday, July 04 (and make a donation anytime)
  • PLEASE NOTE: we will not be having our regular rehearsal on Tuesday, April 28. We will be singing a concert and sing-along at the retirement home of one of our long-time members.
    PLEASE NOTE: we will not be having our regular rehearsal on Tuesday, May 05, 2026. We will be performing at our monthly concert and sing-along at Oppenheimer Park. Drop by and enjoy the music there!
  • Regular rehearsals will resume on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at our normal location (Vancouver Unitarians at 49th and Oak).

About Us

The Highs & Lows Choir is a peer-managed, low-barrier choir for people who have lived experience with mental health challenges and our friends and supporters.  We have no uniforms, no auditions, no fees, and no tests or intrusive questions to join. All you need is a willingness to be a part of our community and to sing.
