- Please note: We will be away from our regular rehearsal on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. We will instead be singing our monthly concert and sing-along at Oppenheimer Park. Please feel welcome to join us in the park to get to know us and even join the sing-along.

About Us
The Highs & Lows Choir is a peer-managed, low-barrier choir for people who have lived experience with mental health challenges and our friends and supporters. We have no uniforms, no auditions, no fees, and no tests or intrusive questions to join. All you need is a willingness to be a part of our community and to sing.
